Creative Curriculum


At Cranbrook Primary we follow a 'Creative Curriculum'. Each year group follows termly topics, which link in to a variety of curriculum subject areas in order to make learning exciting and engaging for our pupils. Trips, activities and visitors to the school often link in with these topics.

The documents below provide information of the National Curriculum coverage within each year group and the EYFS curriculum for children in Reception.

In EYFS and key stage 1, children are taught phonics using the 'Letters and Sounds' progression document, alongside 'Jolly Phonics'.
